Learning and Development
Learning and Development are essential in our mission for excellence in our Homes. We foster a culture of continuous improvement and always look to enhance the quality of care provided to the residents. In the dynamic landscape of healthcare, staying abreast of best practice, emerging technology, and evolving regulations is paramount to delivery compassionate and effective care.
We partner with Strategic Thinking for our e-learning platform, as well as having a number of highly skilled in-house trainers for a number of face-to-face courses, such as manual handling and safety intervention.
Investing in learning and development empowers our team to expand their knowledge, refine their skills and adapt to the changing needs of residents, through ongoing training programs, workshops and professional development opportunities, our team gain valuable insights, learn new techniques, and deep their understanding of specialised care practices such as dementia care, palliative care and complex care.
We also appreciate that learning and development initiatives contribute to team morale and job satisfaction as our team feel valued and supported in their professional growth.
