Pond Park Care Home is a registered service which provides nursing care for 58 residents. The Home has three units which supports the care of residents with physical disability, dementia and nursing needs.
Life at Pond Park
Pond Park is the perfect home away from home. As the home manager and a Pond Park veteran, I started working in in the home 13 years ago and now manage and support my team to provide health and happiness. It’s a pleasure to be part of such an excellent team and a joy to watch the happiness of residents and staff.
